Yeah, I think this has to be done. The color is lovely.
I think the latest build is gonna be the nicest. That original one up top is too busy.

I was building mine off the revised grain bill but using saaz late instead of sterling.

Should be nice. I've done all my batches except this one with saaz. This latest batch is tasting good after a couple days ramped up post ferm. Needs a week to clean up then crash and keg. The kegs go quickly as it's so drinkable.
